I hosted a shoot in an industrial setting recently. I rented a bunch of big lights hired models and make up artists, and had 8 photographers come and shoot. Unfortunately for me, I had to spend more time doing administrative things than shooting. I spent most of the evening setting up lights, organizing models, make up artists and photographers and generally running around.
I managed to squeeze in a few shots here and there, mostly while testing the lighting setups but I did get some good shots in.
I love this shot of Erin. The environment is gritty and dirty and it’s contrasted by Erin’s beauty. I shot her from down low to give her a feeling of power. I processed the image in a way to give it an illustrative feel. I think that by treating the image this way I gave it a comic book quality and let’s face it the boots and belt don’t hurt.
Hello. Great job. I did not expect this on a Wednesday. This is a great story. Thanks!
